Organization HealthIT Project Management Job Summary This IT Project Manager supports the expansion of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program across all surgical service lines. The role leads and coordinates HealthIT activities for the VUH ERAS initiative, spanning service lines in build and ongoing maintenance. As the primary point of contact for IT-related ERAS matters, the manager represents HealthIT at the ERAS steering committee, provides centralized coordination across every ERAS service line, attends service line meetings, develops and maintains project schedules and documentation within the enterprise project management tool. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all phases of the project. Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with project objectives. Provide customers and leadership support through project management. Additional duties may be assigned as required. Requirements 2+ years of project management experience. Bachelor's degree (Preferred). PMP certification (Preferred). Technical Capabilities Project Coordination (Intermediate) : Perform project tracking and reporting, manage scheduling, resolve issues, provide training, and measure customer satisfaction. Project Planning (Intermediate) : Forecast resource needs, break work into tasks, set priorities, define dependencies, schedule activities, and prepare acceptance criteria. Project Communications (Intermediate) : Master project communications, transmit technical and business ideas, influence others, and deliver information to non-technical audiences. Project Issues Management (Intermediate) : Identify issues early, assign them appropriately, and resolve unplanned project issues. Position Qualifications Relevant Work Experience: 2 years.
