What Makes This Role Stand Out You lead a talented team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Occupational Therapists - guiding performance, coaching growth, and fostering a culture of trust and excellence. You elevate the patient experience by ensuring every individual receives compassionate, evidence-based care from evaluation through recovery. You influence clinic success by overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, workflow coordination, and service quality. You collaborate closely with healthcare partners and internal teams to keep care seamless, efficient, and patient-centered. You continue practicing as a clinician, evaluating conditions, developing treatment plans, and helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. You shape the future of the clinic by implementing policies, supporting staff development, and ensuring the highest standards of service. What You Bring A BS, MS, or DPT from an accredited program. A current Physical Therapist license and CPR certification (required). Experience in outpatient orthopedics (strongly preferred). A leadership style that blends accountability with empathy. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Comfort navigating a fast-paced environment with professionalism and calm. Proficiency with MS Office and practice management systems. Compensation INDTHP1 Compensation Range for this position: $79,000.00 - $118,500.00 Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
