Nurse Practitioner

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop evidence-based treatment plans. You’ll collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and care teams to coordinate care, close care gaps, and promote wellness.
