Supervisor II, Production

The Production Supervisor provides daily leadership to manufacturing teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role is responsible for driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People while supporting continuous improvement and team development. Job Responsibilities Supervise and support manufacturing associates within assigned value streams or departments Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including QMS, FDA, and company procedures Execute production plans and coordinate resources to meet schedule and customer requirements Lead daily gemba walks and identify improvement opportunities using lean manufacturing principles Communicate across shifts and departments to resolve issues and maintain consistent performance Set clear expectations, communicate goals, and support employee development and engagement Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience leading teams and applying lean manufacturing concepts Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment Confluent Medical Technologies is an equal‑opportunity employer.
