Mental Health Technician

Entry Level Pay Rate: $21 - $24 / per hour Certified ( RBT / BCAT / ABAT ) Pay Rate: $25 - $29 / per hour Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring Mental Health/Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities throughout South County. Competitive pay is offered, with premium rates available for RBTs who have maintained certification for at least six months and successfully pass a clinical interview conducted by a BCBA.
