We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Management team. No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. This is a full-time, year-round position.**Key Responsibilities:*** Support the Showroom Manager in all aspects of store operations* Maintain a safe, clean, and fully stocked store environment* Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees* Ensure compliance with company policies and document/report issues* Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution* Manage cash handling, daily balancing, deposits, and financial reporting* Complete weekly reconciliations (banking, payroll, expenses, petty cash)* Maintain proficiency in POS, inventory, and ordering systems* Oversee store security, including equipment checks and monitoring potential risks* Assist with local advertising, signage, and community engagement efforts* Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching* Attend required trainings, meetings, and annual conferences (travel required)* Perform other related duties as assigned## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred* Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills* Experience with cash handling and basic financial reporting* Proficiency with POS and inventory systems* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively* Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours* Ability to work seasonal hours* Willingness to travel for training and conferences
