Security Officer

Support Services Primary location: Calais The Security Department follows Standard Operating Guidelines to accomplish the safety and security of all patients, visitors and employees at Down East Community and Calais Community Hospital. Security remains vigilant in identifying security and safety issues that arise, logging any issues in an incident report to be reviewed by the Security Supervisor. Security follows specific rounds, checking for unlocked doors and anything out of the ordinary. Security assists all departments with patient monitoring, lift assists, patient restraints and any other duties that the department feels are in direct association with the security and safety of both hospitals.
