What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Handling, moving, and maintaining material inventory assets with attention to accuracy and safety
• Processing transactions and documentation in the company’s ERP system for receiving, inventory control, and shipping
• Coordinating with Quality to ensure inspections and special requirements are completed efficiently
• Performing physical inventories, cycle counts, and maintaining organized inventory storerooms
• Preparing shipments, managing logistics suppliers, and creating accurate shipment documentation
• Maintaining neat and orderly warehouse areas and assisting with efficiency improvement initiatives
• Providing support for movement of production and non-production materials, including tradeshow shipments

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Possess two or more years of hands-on experience in material handling within a manufacturing production environment (required)
• Are experienced working in a quality control environment (FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO preferred)
• Are a strong team player, willing to take on a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment
• Are proficient with software-based inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred)
• Can work overtime on weekdays and weekends as needed
