About the Role As a CBA, you will lead and implement behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. Your role will involve working closely with clients, families, and a skilled team of behavior technicians to deliver effective, evidence-based treatment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Continuously monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with ethical standards. Provide ongoing support and education to staff and families. Qualifications Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
