Accounting Specialist
Onsite | FullTime
We're hiring an experienced Accounting Specialist to support daytoday accounting operations in a stable, handson environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and enjoys working independently.
What You'll Do
- Process highvolume Accounts Payable (3way match, invoice entry, weekly check runs)
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Support cash application and light Accounts Receivable activities
- Work closely with accounting leadership in the ERP system
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong AP background; AR/cash application a plus
- Detailoriented, proactive, and comfortable asking questions
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Competitive salary ($60K-$70K based on experience)
