Catering Driver

Known for our commitment to quality and exceptional service, we are seeking a reliable and personable Catering Driver to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: The Catering Driver is responsible for the timely delivery of catering orders to customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. This role is crucial to maintaining the Baggin's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, great driving skills, and an understanding of food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently deliver catering orders to various locations, including businesses, schools, and private events. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers during deliveries. Ensure all catering orders are accurately loaded and secured in the delivery vehicle. Assist with the preparation and packaging of catering orders, ensuring all food items are fresh and presentable. Market to businesses within the store locations' delivery area. Comply with all food safety and sanitation standards during preparation, transportation, and delivery. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Communicate effectively with the catering team regarding order details and any special requests or changes. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients promptly. Assist with inventory management and report any shortages in catering supplies to management. Perform other tasks as assigned by themanagement team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must have vehicle insurance in your name. Must have and use own vehicle. Previous experience in food service or delivery preferred. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry catering supplies and food items (up to 50 lbs). Knowledge of local driving routes and traffic patterns. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
