Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced.NET Core/MVC Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performance solutions using ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, and MS SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and C#.
• Develop and optimize database objects, queries, stored procedures, and functions in MS SQL Server.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Support production deployments and resolve application issues as needed.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with Entity Framework/Core, LINQ, and API development.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
• To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
