By prioritizing our team and promoting an open-minded environment, we push the boundaries of what's possible and bring new ideas to life.JOB SUMMARYAssist Management in achieving its Sales and Operating Profit target through effective:Budgets & ForecastsControl of Expenses & AssetsReporting & AnalysisWHAT YOU WILL DOSupport and partner closely with cross-functional Business Leadership and region finance teamKey member of the America’s FP&A team that will partner with the business in order to ensure the achievement of our goals, prioritization of investments and the identification of efficiencies and opportunitiesExecute month-end close responsibilities. Maintain a strong control environmentDeliver on-going reporting, analytics and insight on performance metrics to benchmark progress against targets, initiatives and strategies. Provide meaningful insight that could be actioned to optimize resultsManage financial plans and forecasts of the business. Provide on-going visibility to performance vs. expectation and support management in identifying and managing risks and opportunitiesProactively engage and build strong relationships with finance and business teams to stay connected on initiativesProvide decision support to finance and business teams through ad-hoc analysis, financial modelling and thought leadership. Challenge business partners, as needed, to drive better decisionsDrive continuous improvement and seek to optimize efficiency and customer value in all financial processes and business support functionsWHO YOU ARE2-5 years experience in Finance/Accounting function.Strong base of finance and accounting technical skills.Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of SAP and BPC PreferredAbility to balance between detail orientation and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracyStrong communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues in a simple mannerAptitude to learn and drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment.Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing and prioritizing deadlinesStrong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Maintain positive attitude.Ability to multi-task several important priorities simultaneouslyExperience in Beauty/Fashion/retail industry preferred, but not required.Must be very organized, detail oriented and able to work under tight timelines. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience.
