Compensation Options W-2 / Hourly Positions: SLPA: $46,000-$52,000 annually SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000-$85,000 annually Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000-$90,000 annually W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional): SLPA: $30-$44/hour SLP: $50-$76/hour (Based on experience and bilingual status) 1099/Contractor (Optional): SLPA: $17/session or $34/hour SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation Schedule Designed for Balance Start as a contractor, or part-time 20-29 hours/week, or Fulltime 30-40 hours Preferred schedule: 4-day work week Monday-Thursday Flexible scheduling to support your personal and professional life Why Clinicians Choose Cole Health A Team That Feels Like Home You won't feel like you're on your own here.
