Painter & Drywall Finisher Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter & Drywall Finisher who takes pride in their craft and stands behind their work. Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation & Drywall Finishing Sand, patch, caulk, and prime all surfaces properly Tape, mud, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint‑ready level Identify and correct defects before paint is applied Protect all surrounding surfaces and maintain cleanliness Painting Execution Apply coatings using brush, roll, or spray with consistent coverage Produce clean lines and a professional finish Maintain efficiency without sacrificing quality Quality Control Inspect your own work continuously Complete all touch‑ups and punch list items Leave each job clean and ready for final walkthrough Accountability & Work Ethic Show up on time and ready to work Take ownership of your work—no excuses or shortcuts Communicate clearly about issues or delays Safety & Job Site Standards Follow all safety guidelines and use equipment properly Maintain a clean, organized, hazard‑free workspace Teamwork & Professionalism Work respectfully with team members and leadership Accept feedback and apply it Represent the company well on every job site Core Values in Action Compassionate Responsibility: Own mistakes and fix them Trustworthy: Be reliable and follow through Honorable: Do the job right, even when no one is watching Fair: Treat others with respect and pull your weight Love of Learning: Stay coachable and improve your skills Honest & Transparent: Communicate early and clearly Qualifications Painting and/or drywall finishing experience preferred Knowledge of prep work and finishing techniques Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and on a team Physically able to lift, climb ladders, and perform job duties Bottom Line We are looking for tradespeople who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and are committed to doing the job right the first time.
