Regional Property Manager

Job Title: Regional Portfolio Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and performance of a multifamily property portfolio.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Increase occupancy, leasing, revenue, and resident retention.

• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and support onsite teams.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to maintain property standards.

• Track market trends and apply strategies to improve performance.

• Prepare portfolio reports and recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications:

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills.

• Experience with property management software; RealPage preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
