Your Role & Impact
As a Dietary Assistant / Aide, you are a vital part of our residents' daily experience. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every meal is nutritious, safe, and served with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Meal Support: Assist the Dietary Manager and Cook in preparing high-quality meals tailored to resident needs.
Service Excellence: Deliver food trucks to units promptly; ensure food stations are clean, organized, and inviting.
Kitchen Care: Handle dishwashing, sanitation of cooking vessels, and silverware to maintain a five-star environment.
Inventory & Safety: Monitor stock levels and ingredients; strictly follow local, state, and federal regulations and facility compliance programs.
Efficiency: Manage waste disposal and station cleanup to ensure a seamless kitchen flow.

What We're Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience as a dietary aide in a nursing home or rehab facility is highly preferred.

Independence: Ability to take initiative while also being a reliable "team player."
