We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives in the Denver metro area to serve as the vital line of support for health plan members. In this fast-paced position, 100% of your time will be spent on the phone assisting members with complex inquiries regarding their benefits, eligibility, Medicare, and premium billing.

Enjoy the convenience of working from your home office with equipment provided! While this role is fully remote, you must reside within a daily driving distance of the Denver center in the event on-site support is required for technical issues or equipment pick-up. Candidates must have a private, quiet workspace and hardwired high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download).

We offer a paid, comprehensive 12-week virtual training program designed to set you up for success. Because attendance is critical to your growth, 100% attendance is required during the first 90 days. Our contact center operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM MT. Candidates must be flexible to work assigned shifts within these hours, including mandatory weekend shifts once entering production.

Responsibilities

Position Summary Serve as a Member Services Representative handling inbound calls regarding plan coverage, claims, eligibility, and billing. Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from plan members with accuracy and empathy.

• Assist members with benefit details, enrollment changes, Medicare inquiries, and premium billing.

• Use multiple computer systems to research information and resolve inquiries on the first call.

• Accurately document all customer interactions in compliance with privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center or healthcare experience preferred).

• High-speed hardwired internet (20 Mbps upload/download required).

• Excellent verbal communication, typing, and multi-tasking skills.

• Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings until 9:30 PM MT.
