Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on treatment, implement individualized care plans, and help patients achieve their recovery goals.

This position primarily treats adult orthopedic patients , including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and mobility impairments. Opportunities are also available to gain experience in specialty areas such as pelvic health, women's health, pediatrics, neurology, and other rehabilitation specialties .
Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and mobility.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage a weekly caseload of approximately 50-60 patient visits .
• Foster a positive, patient-centered clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current or eligible PTA license in the State of Wyoming.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Full-time preferred; part-time and PRN candidates are also welcome.

Compensation

• $58,000 - $72,000 annually

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
• Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling available.
