Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients in their homes? 1st Care Home Health Services, PA is seeking full-time/part-time RNs to join our dynamic team of clinicians! Daily Responsibilities: Provide safe, professional, and loving care to patients in their homes Perform head-to-toe assessments, Education on disease management and process, Caregiver training, wound care, blood draws, and administer IV therapies Maintain PICC lines and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge in geriatric disease processes Travel the assigned territory and participate in the on-call rotation Utilize electronic documentation for accurate record-keeping Required Skills: Licensed PA Registered Nurse (RN) Experience in Home Health or Hospice nursing CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross Electronic documentation experience Active driver's license and reliable transportation Company Information: The agency's mission is to provide professional and paraprofessional services to clients in their homes, aiding them in achieving the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities.
