Our organization is an independent dermatology practice that is entirely physician-owned, providing a distinct alternative to private equity-backed groups. This position is perfect for a dermatologist who desires to deliver exceptional medical care, manage their schedule, and receive fair compensation for their productivity within a well-organized and supportive private practice setting. Our team consists of six providers, including a balanced mix of physicians, NPs, PAs, and LME!

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to become part of our expanding practice.

• Strong support staff with three dedicated Medical Assistants for each physician.

• Earning potential of up to $700,000 annually , based on schedule, productivity, and practice scope.

Alongside a solid foundation in medical dermatology, there is ample patient demand to support an aesthetic provider, enabling interested dermatologists to offer cosmetic services without the need to generate demand from the ground up.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general medical dermatology care.
• Conduct routine dermatological procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, etc.).
• Optional cosmetic dermatology based on physician interest and experience, supported by existing patient demand.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Work collaboratively with experienced Medical Assistants and staff to maintain efficient clinic operations and enhance patient experience.

Schedule & Support Model

• Support staffing: Three Medical Assistants per physician.
• Patient volume: Approximately six patients per hour.
• Schedule: Four or five days per week.
• Setting: Outpatient dermatology clinic.
• Care mix: Primarily medical dermatology with an optional cosmetic component.

Qualifications
