Our team is passionate, collaborative, and deeply committed to health equity and human dignity.The Role, In BriefAs a Medical Assistant, you’ll keep our clinic running smoothly by giving providers the hands-on support they need to deliver timely, respectful care. You’ll balance patient-facing clinical work with solid documentation and supply readiness—because great care is part skill, part follow-through.Key responsibilities include:Rooming patients; vitals; EKGs; immunizations/injections; medication administration; assisting with minor procedures (within scope)Phlebotomy and IV access per training and clinic protocolsCLIA-waived testing and appropriate reportingClear, accurate EHR documentation and requesting outside records as neededStocking/maintaining exam rooms, labs, and supplies; supporting MA/RN team workflowOutreach/mobile clinic support; Code Blue response as assigned; basic admin tasksFollowing CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policiesRequired qualifications:High school diploma/equivalent; strong communication and organizationCalm under pressure; able to meet physical demandsAHA BLS or obtain within 30 days (training provided); pass required screeningsIf this sounds like your kind of meaningful, fast-paced work, apply today.Your Day, UnscriptedYou’ll kick off onsite in Salt Lake City (M–F, 8am–6pm), syncing up with the MA/RN care team and getting your rooms and supplies dialed in before the patient flow ramps up. The day moves quickly: you’ll bounce between focused patient interactions, quick pivots when the schedule shifts, and steady charting so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.Some days include heading out with outreach/mobile services—think camps, motels, or resource centers—where flexibility and a calm presence matter just as much as clinical know-how.
