Key responsibilities include overseeing the full HR function, serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, and ensuring that talent, culture, and performance are in alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will also be involved in driving organizational design, talent strategy, and M&A integration efforts, as well as building a strong HR infrastructure and fostering a high-performance, people-first culture across a distributed workforce. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company will be a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in a similar strategic, enterprise leadership role.
