We are hiring full‑time and part‑time home‑health Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) in and around Boca Raton treating the adult and geriatric population. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. What You’ll Do Provide home‑health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided) Be the best part of someone’s day!
