As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing global supply chain management, inventory optimization, and vendor performance. Your leadership will drive procurement and sourcing strategies, contributing to our growth and quality enhancement initiatives. Execute production planning, scheduling, and procurement activities to ensure material inventories. Analyze customer demand, sales forecasts, and historical usage to formulate comprehensive inventories. Evaluate and select suppliers based on value, quality, delivery schedules, and cost trends. Utilize data analysis to enhance inventory turnover rates, reduce waste, and elevate customer service. Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, standardize processes, and enhance productivity. Qualifications:· 5 years of experience leading a team in the purchasing, supply chain, and related fields of expertise. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration, advanced degree preferred. ERP system experience required Expertise in supply chain management, procurement, inventory control, and supplier relationship management. Excellent communication and people skills for fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Solution-oriented mindset with a history of driving process improvements. Commitment to upholding quality, safety, and ethical standards. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, supply chain management software and analytical tools.
