PATIENT AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Ambassador position. Location: Holmes Regional Medical Center - 1350 South Hickory Street, Melbourne, FL 32901. Responsibilities Serve as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team for the assigned unit. Complete all assigned patient interviews and new admission visits within the timeframe established by unit leadership and patient experience leadership. Support client satisfaction and contribute to account retention. Promote awareness of the Patient Experience Program and assist in customizing programs to meet each account\'s needs. Assist in developing and monitoring a department/unit patient satisfaction action plan and reporting to clients as needed. Contribute to employee relations programs at the unit site and encourage creativity and innovation. Provide recognition when programs are successfully implemented and ensure tasks are followed through. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration. Ability to use knowledge of the environment to meet established goals and objectives. Fiscal and budgetary skills. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
