Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to champion full-cycle recruitment or strategic sourcing for assigned exempt and non-exempt roles. You will mobilize and drive inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences from initial contact to offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement talent attraction strategies, developing comprehensive sourcing plans and compelling job postings that effectively convey the company values. Build and nurture robust, collaborative partnerships with business leaders and HR professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to influence key hiring decisions. Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle within our Applicant Tracking System, utilizing Workday ATS to ensure an efficient, best-in-class experience. Optimize recruitment processes and contribute expertise to cross-functional talent projects, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze recruiting trends, tools, and market insights to refine our talent acquisition approach and maintain a competitive edge. Essential Qualifications & What You Bring Proven experience 4+ years as a Senior Recruiter, successfully hiring across various roles and geographies. Ability to clearly articulate complex talent concepts and market insights to both business leaders and candidates. Exceptional relationship-building skills coupled with strong organizational and talent assessment capabilities. A commitment to upholding ethical hiring standards and contributing to an inclusive environment. Demonstrated experience with Workday ATS. Background in developing and implementing diversity recruiting initiatives.
