The Exercise Coach in Flemington is seeking an Exercise Coach/Personal Trainer to deliver exercise instruction and assisted mobility and stability training to clients of all age groups. Duties include conducting initial consultations, coaching individual and small-group exercise sessions, coached stretch sessions, tracking fitness results for clients, selling monthly and package sessions, and scheduling and educating clients.

All training and certifications for The Exercise Coach methodology will be provided. The ideal candidate is passionate about good health, is people-oriented, and enjoys one-on-one conversations and building relationships. This is a growing studio. We are looking for a coach with flexible hours to support a M-F operation and part time hours on Saturday. Morning availability is required.

Responsibilities:
Develop Comprehensive Health & Fitness Programs for Clients : You'll receive coaching and training on our fitness, mobility, stability systems, and you'll have to incorporate knowledge into safe, effective exercise programming.

Tracking Client Progress : In order to ensure a client's success in our programs, you'll need to track weekly progress, current successes and challenges, review client nutrition and exercise log worksheets and more on a weekly basis.

Coach clients through program duration: You'll be responsible for weekly exercise, mobility, stability sessions and keeping detailed notes on the clients you're working with.

Demonstrate Proper Exercise/Mobility/Stability Instruction: We need you to be able to provide proper instruction during a client training session.

Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education: Our clients rely on us to service all of their health and fitness needs.

- Lead Follow Up and Conduct Consultations: Responding to leads in an effective and timely manner is a very important aspect of any successful personal training studio.

Education:

AED CPR certification is required
