Traveling Orthodontic Assistant

Are you an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who enjoys variety, working with great teams, and making a positive impact on patients' smiles? We're looking for a dependable, energetic Traveling Orthodontic Assistant to support multiple office locations while delivering exceptional orthodontic care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys traveling between offices, and is passionate about providing outstanding patient experiences.

What You'll Do: 

• Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures.
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories.
• Take digital x-rays, records, photographs, and impressions as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic treatment.
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and ready for each patient.
• Support efficient clinical operations across multiple office locations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while creating a welcoming patient experience.

Required Qualifications: 

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• 1–2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required.
• Ability and willingness to travel between multiple office locations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with Dolphin practice management software

Schedule: 

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• A monthly travel allowance is provided.
