Employment Type Part-time Requirements Infection Control License Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Clinical Skills: Strong proficiency in Hand Scaling and Root Planning is a must. Mindset: Highly self-motivated, career-oriented, and passionate about the dental hygiene profession. Communication: Ability to inspire and motivate patients toward better oral health. Job Description Advanced Periodontal Care: Perform expert hand scaling and root planing with precision. Clinical Innovation: Utilize patented and patent-pending antimicrobial technologies and root surface conditioning agents developed by Dr. Bleier himself. Patient Education: Act as a wellness coach, teaching patients tailored home-care techniques and the use of site-specific chemotherapeutic agents. Continuous Mastery: Participate in ongoing training to master the use of the finest dental instruments and new clinical protocols. Preventative Strategy: Develop individualized hygiene plans that contribute to the overall systemic health of each patient.
