GDG Smiles is a fast-growing cosmetic dental practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL, focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and life-changing smile transformations.
We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager who can lead our front office team, oversee daily operations, and help drive practice performance.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily front-office operations and scheduling
- Lead, train, and hold team members accountable
- Coordinate communication between front office, clinical staff, and leadership
- Support patients throughout their treatment journey
- Assist with financing and treatment-related questions
- Monitor office performance, workflow, and production
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements
- Help maintain a positive, professional, high-performing team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of dental office management or treatment coordination experience
- Cosmetic dentistry or high-value treatment experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident handling patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to take ownership and lead by example
Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000 annually, paid biweekly
- Performance-based monthly bonuses
- Additional incentive opportunities based on practice performance
Estimated total earning potential: $85,000–$110,000+ annually for strong performers.
This is an in-person position in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
