The Peyton Company is a locally owned Great Clips family with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin — and we're looking for a full-time stylist who's ready to show up and do what they love. Here's the deal: $22–$46/hr competitive pay, consistent schedule with full-time flexibility (34+ hrs), $5,000 hiring bonus, no appointments, no clientele pressure. Just great cuts and great people. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
