While this position is predominantly remote, our team remains interconnected through collaborative efforts with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care and other local resources. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a caseload of clients, focusing on building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and confidentiality standards.

  • Conduct regular sessions with clients, evaluating their progress, discussing stability, scheduling upcoming appointments, and planning for discharge when appropriate.
  • \n
  • Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs.

  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, treatment evaluations, and client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Conduct intake assessments to collect comprehensive background information to inform treatment planning.

  • Engage in individual supervision, enhancing clinical skills through reflective practice and regular feedback.

By providing responsive and compassionate care, you will play an essential role in fostering meaningful recovery narratives for individuals and families navigating mental health challenges.

  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling is required, ensuring a foundational understanding of therapeutic principles.

  • Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, permitting unrestricted and independent practice.

  • Familiarity with utilizing computer systems for case management, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
