Employees have the opportunity to build technical skills while contributing directly to production goals.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Mold Setter Details:Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 to $20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30am)Review production schedules and collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to prioritize mold changes based on daily reports.Retrieve molds from storage, carefully inspecting their condition and ensuring proper handling throughout the process.Execute mold changes, accurately positioning and clamping molds within the presses.Process molds by adjusting machine parameters such as pressure, temperature, speed, and feed rates, setting cycle times according to precise specifications.Perform daily inspections of assigned equipment to ensure both safety and optimal operational performance.Mold Setter Qualifications:Proven experience as a Machine Operator.Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications.Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.Previous experience with Plastic Injection Molding processes.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
