With millions of dollars of brand-new move in ready homes to sell, we are looking for top notch professionals with the following skills and abilities:

•    Sales Experience - Must have recently demonstrated success in either Retail, Car Sales, Apartment Leasing, Hospitality or New Home sales. 
•    Self-Motivated, and coachable with an enthusiasm to learn and be trained.
•    Desire for personal development and to follow proven training program.
•    Excllent communication skills with an ability to follow a proven sales path, manage objections and ask for the sale.
•    Professional appearance and demeanor. 
•    Good listening skills, integrity and a strong work ethic. 
•    Creative writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to write professional emails.
•    Follow up daily with the ability to use the company CRM daily, with email, text, and phone to follow up make appointments and sales. 
•    Willingness to work weekends in a model home and be available for Grand Openings and Sales events. 
•    Desire to maintain the model home(s) in pristine condition and maintain the company’s high standards in the community with signage and appearance.  
•    Participate in Realtor outreach and help drive qualified sales traffic to make sales.
Income: 
Potential Sales commission between $80,000 to $150,000 per year. Unlimited potential due to our strong land positions!
