Endoscopy RN: Day Shift with $5K Sign-On Bonus

RN Registered Nurse - Endoscopy - 40 Hours Weekly - Day Shift Sign On Bonus $5,000 Schedule: Day Shift, Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Rotating on call, weekends and holidays required. Unit Description: Henry Ford St John Hospital’s Endoscopy Department is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team! We are a fast‑paced department that conducts approximately 20‑30 procedures per day. Our team consists of Registered Nurses, Endoscopy Technicians, CRNAs and physicians. In this role, you will rotate between pre‑op, procedural and post‑operative responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions. Qualifications Education/Experience Required: BSN preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Certifications/Licenses Required: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
