Job Description Job Description HIRING: Entry-Level Civil Engineer!! Job Description We are seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent Civil Engineering graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain experience in land development, grading, drainage, and site design projects. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of civil engineering designs and construction documents for land development projects. Perform basic engineering calculations related to grading, drainage, utilities, and site development. Develop and modify plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D under the guidance of senior engineers. Review survey data, plans, and project documents to support design activities. Assist with permit applications, technical reports, and engineering studies. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and drafters throughout the design process. Conduct occasional site visits and field inspections as needed. Follow company safety policies and quality standards. Support additional project-related tasks as assigned. Required Skills Civil Engineering AutoCAD Civil 3D Land Development Drainage Design Grading Design Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. EIT certification or ability to obtain EIT within 12 months. Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Internship or co‑op experience in civil engineering is a plus. Entry Level (0-2 years of experience) Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Woodbury, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
