Location Erie 1 BOCES, Finance Services, E1B Education Campus, West Seneca, NY Hours 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Hourly Rate $21.58 Annual Education Stipends $500 for Associate’s Degree / Accredited Training Program Certification, $1,000 for Bachelor’s Degree, $1,500 for Master’s Degree Benefits Package 15 Paid annual Holidays Generous Paid personal/sick time Generous Paid vacation days Premium Health and Dental plans (E1B pays 85%) Life insurance at no cost to you FSA plan Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion NYS Retirement System 403(b) and 457 retirement plans Job Responsibilities Track and reconcile district usage for various Technology services through excel worksheets and WinCap, process billing as required Request service adjustments for various Technology services and review budget Process service adjustments and billing for various departments in Technology Process second year costs per Account Advisors Create and process budget amendments as necessary Track processing of all billing and budget amendments Invoice internal divisions for Internal Charges Track expenditures for grants and process invoice to the state Review, prepare and process internal purchase order requisitions in Technology Services division Maintain purchase order files online and obtain approvals to receive all invoices for payments with AP Investigate all issues internally and with vendors related to POs and invoices Reconcile revenue reports Reconcile SAA/MAA letters monthlyli> Process weekly UPS invoice and monthly Verizon invoice Process vendor billing Assist with entry of new year pricing Order department supplies when requested Occasional front‑desk coverage Other duties may be assigned that are relevant to the civil service job description for this title Civil Service Title Senior Account Clerk (NY HELPS) Minimum Civil Service Qualifications A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered two‑year college or university with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business and one year experience in maintaining financial records B) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and three years experience in the compilation and maintenance of financial records C) Seven years experience in the compilation and maintenance of financial records D) An equal combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A), (B) and (C) #J-18808-Ljbffr
