Contract Details

Requirements

• STNA, HHA, or Personal Care Assistant experience preferred (not required)
• Experience in nursing homes, home care, or assisted living is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
• Ability to pass required background screening

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance in clients' homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
• Observe and report changes in client condition as required

Requirements

• STNA certification, HHA certification, or relevant caregiving experience preferred

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and dependable demeanor

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to travel within the Crooksville area

• Ability to pass background screening requirements
