Overview Join our team as a variable shift, PRN, Electrophysiology Lab-A Cardiovascular Specialist in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities Perform technical and patient care functions during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology labs. Monitor and maintain equipment. May serve in the role of charge or lead. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate's degree in either nursing or radiology, or a graduate of an accredited allied health program, including EMTs, Paramedics, or a Respiratory Therapist. Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. ACLS; Radiologic Technologist Certificate (RT), EMT, Paramedic, or Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Preferred Job Requirements: Radiology Tech or EMT-Paramedic. One (1) year of previous job-related experience. Clinical educational experience may be substituted for work experience. Advanced credentialing in cardiovascular and electrophysiology is strongly recommended. RCIS, RCES, RCVT, ARRT(RT(R)), CV, CI, or VI.
