Project Coordinator

This is an 4 days a week onsite hybrid role in Fremont. Regular hours M-F (40 hours per week) Top Skills Required: Scheduling and Analytic tools (power BI, Excel, Teams) Scheduling and evading meetings 1-5 years of experience Qualifications: Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), also MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word Some Experience with QuickBase helpful Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions) Basic PC setup (to be able to setup meeting rooms for design reviews) Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime when business needs dictates Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities. Engineering Oriented Work Environment preferred Responsibilities: Schedule and manage meetings. Set-up the meeting room for presentations.
