What you’ll do

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. 

Position title: SAPiXp - Global Revenue Operations Intern – Project Management and Business Analysis 

Location: Alpharetta, GA or Tempe, AZ preferred; candidates located near an SAP office may also be considered. Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite.  

• Our Global Revenue Operations (GRO) organization is at the heart of our supporting our Sales business across the Customer Value Journey. This internship will play a critical role on a small team that helps ensure GRO runs smoothly and transforms at a pace needed to meet the need of our field teams (e.g., account executives, solution advisors, customer success managers, etc.). This team is based within the Global Revenue Operations Programs team, which reports directly to the Global Head of Revenue Operations and supports the leadership team, as well as cross-functional and cross-board area programs. 

• Specific activities of the intern include but are not limited to 

• • Support design and coordination of GRO enablement programs including aligning with guest speakers, managing meeting invitations across time zones, facilitating enablement sessions, owning follow-up communications, reporting metrics and maintaining documentation 

• Gain experience in project management, strategy & operations, business analytics, and collaborate with the GRO Programs team to align efforts with team goals and objectives, supporting various programs and ad hoc request for support 

• • Conduct business analysis to support dedicated teams within GRO, including building and managing data dashboards, sharing insights, following up on assigned tasks/actions, gathering feedback and ensuring stakeholder alignment 

• • Use Microsoft 365 apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Forms and PowerBI. MS Copilot and other AI tools will also be used regularly 

• • Support communications through existing and new SharePoint sites for various operations and sales audiences across multiple topics 

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

• Fluency in English language is required with university experience 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with deadlines (time management) 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams and knowledge or desire to learn Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI 

• Ability to communicate professionally with SAP teams globally, both in writing and Teams calls 

• Willingness to learn new systems/process in a self-guided approach, showing initiative to experiment and try new ways of working with AI and various systems/tools – this is a mindset that takes proactive intiative 

• Analytical skills: Analyze, structure, consolidate and visualize customer, opportunity data

• Ensure clear decision rights and structured collaboration with GRO, GTM S&O, cross-functional teams, business units, and regional leadership 

• Adoption Over Design: 

• • Concentrate on driving adoption and effective use of initiatives, beyond just their architectural design 

• Develop strategies to ensure that new processes and systems are fully embraced by end-users. Drive the efficiencies of AI and automation use cases in daily work 

• Execution Excellence: 

• • Maintain a clearly defined scope, ownership, and timelines for all projects 

• Promote a structured cadence and ensure transparent communication across all levels of operation 

• Performance Measurement: 

• • Implement KPI-driven execution to focus on measuring what truly impacts success 

• Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes to align efforts with strategic goals and improve overall performance

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD .
