As we enter our next high-growth phase, we need an energetic, high-octane Chief of Staff to stand side-by-side with our CEO as a direct in-market partner based in our target hub of DFW (hybrid/remote options available) What We Need From You This is not a traditional ‘behind-a-desk’ operations role. You will be a player-coach and an execution powerhouse. Initially, you will act as the CEO’s direct sales, technical demo, and business development partner. As dedicated sales and marketing teams scale up, you’ll transition core go-to-market functions to them while maintaining ownership over the CEO’s key priorities, operational buildout and in-country framework. You’ll own: Lead discovery, presenting high-credibility technical demos, and closing our initial cohort of target customers directly alongside the CEO. Building sales and marketing momentum with key software, platform, and carrier partners to drive warm pipeline. Supporting US GTM marketing, content, and event execution alongside the CRO team. Setting up operational capability on the ground - from local market logistics, legals, banking, visas and in market compliance to managing our presence at key trade shows and the coordination of first-level support for early customers Building data rooms and shape board materials with absolute discretion. Operational cadence of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), tracking Rocks, managing V/TO, and facilitating weekly leadership meetings. Management of the CEO calendar, travel logistics, and priorities while owning Board meeting logistics, material preparation, and action tracking. Are You A Fit? You must be genuinely hyped about next-gen AI solutions that actually execute tasks, not just provide passive dashboards. Technically astute and can run a full B2B sales cycle and deliver a live, technical demo without needing an engineer to hold your hand. Possess an ‘Ex-Founder Mentality’ - You’ll need to love the zero-to-one build phase, know the hustle, and want to apply those hard-won lessons to help scale Scurri. You genuinely enjoy travelling for trade shows, industry conferences, and high-stakes customer meetings. You effortlessly switch gears from closing a customer deal to handling operational setups, administration tasks or preparing sales decks and Board packs. A track record blending B2B SaaS or AI sales with strategic operations experience. Proven ability to help scale a high-growth tech business. Familiarity with e-commerce, parcel delivery, or supply chain software would be a major plus but isn’t essential. Full ability to travel freely and as required for the role, and valid US/UK/EU work authorization (or eligibility for visa sponsorship). Recognized third-level qualification required; an MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage. A relentless drive to leverage and implement AI tools across manual/routine tasks, and to build workflows and processes around AI Agents to increase productivity and improve reporting.
