Position Summary

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our growing clinical team and assume an established patient base following the departure of a long-standing provider. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of general dentistry cases with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health needs.
• Utilize digital technology, including iTero scanning, panoramic imaging, intraoral cameras, and laser dentistry, to enhance diagnosis and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of ethics and patient care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Massachusetts dental license in good standing (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-focused dentistry.
• Experience preferred, but confident new graduates are encouraged to apply.
