Compensation: $21 to $24 per hour, based on experience Retention Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are a small chef owned restaurant in Incline Village seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. Our menu is focused on seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking, creative brunch and dinner items, sandwiches, salads, pastas, and elevated comfort food with a fresh mountain town feel.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a hands on kitchen, takes pride in quality food, and wants to be part of a team where their contribution is valued.

Schedule

5 days per week

8 hour shifts

Evening shifts available

Weekend availability required

Position Overview

The Line Cook will support daily kitchen operations by preparing and executing menu items to standard, maintaining a clean and organized station, and working closely with our culinary team during service.

The ideal candidate has previous line cooking experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to our standards

Set up, maintain, and break down assigned station

Work with seasonal ingredients and scratch prepared menu items

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

Support smooth service execution during busy periods

Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership and team members

Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of cooking experience required

Previous line cooking experience preferred

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and scheduled shifts

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast paced kitchen

Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude

Ability to commute to Incline Village, NV
