• Partner with the Lead Superintendent to translate project goals into daily field plans.
• Direct and develop crews, shaping productivity, craftsmanship, and safety culture.
• Stage labor, equipment, and materials to maintain momentum and meet milestones.
• Read drawings, specifications, and layout to guide installation and verify compliance.
• Lead and self-perform critical scopes: formwork installation; rebar placement/assembly; concrete placement and finishing; commercial pool plumbing; equipment pad and piping installation; structural/site-related tasks.
• Hold daily safety meetings and ensure OSHA and company standards are met.
• Document the job: daily reports, timekeeping, and material tracking.
• Flag challenges early and communicate status and resource needs to the Lead Superintendent.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep sequencing tight.

• History of leading construction crews to deliver results.
• Advanced understanding of commercial pool construction sequencing.
• Extensive, hands-on expertise with formwork, rebar, concrete, and pool plumbing.
• Ability to interpret plans and specs accurately.
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of OSHA practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Background on large commercial aquatic facilities.
• Equipment and tool operation experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30; CPR/First Aid.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
