Payment Processor 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1110 Position Overivew: The Payment & Document Processor supports daily operational workflows by managing the mailroom, processing customer payments, imaging and indexing documents, and maintaining accurate financial and customer account records. This role conducts payment research, resolves discrepancies, and ensures documents and payment transactions are compliant, properly imaged, and routed to the correct systems and departments.The position plays a critical part in operational readiness, audit preparation, and internal controls by upholding accuracy, confidentiality, and service standards consistent with auto finance industry requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months or related operating experience preferred. SHAW Spectrum LMS experience preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule for month-end processing, including weekends. Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, production driven environment. Ability to operate computers, high volume scanners, printers, and imaging equipment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and procedures. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
