Talent Acquisition Manager

Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to serve as a recruiter and Talent Acquisition leader within our organization. This individual will support recruitment across the company while helping drive the continued evolution of our Talent Acquisition function.This is a player/coach role that combines hands-on recruiting with operational leadership. The Talent Acquisition Manager will personally manage a portfolio of full life-cycle recruiting requisitions while partnering closely with HR and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, improve hiring outcomes, and deliver exceptional customer and candidate experiences.This position will play a critical leadership role within the Talent Acquisition department by coaching and mentoring recruiters, elevating recruiting capabilities, driving sourcing excellence, improving stakeholder partnerships, developing reporting and analytics, and leading Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.The successful candidate will bring a passion for recruiting, data-driven decision making, and building scalable recruiting solutions that strengthen DRB’s ability to attract and hire top talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Sr. Director People & Culture and is an on-site position, 5 days a week.Primary ResponsibilitiesFull Life-Cycle RecruitingPersonally manage a portfolio of full life-cycle recruiting requisitionsConduct intake meetings to understand organizational needs, business objectives, technical requirements, and success profilesDevelop customized sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, professional organizations, industry associations, and recruitment marketingReview resumes, conduct candidate assessments and phone interviews, coordinate interview processes, facilitate candidate debriefs, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycleServe as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and HR leadership while delivering a high-touch candidate experienceTalent Acquisition Leadership & InfluenceServe as a functional leader in Talent Acquisition by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and helping elevate recruiting capabilities across the teamCoach and mentor on sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, recruiting execution, market intelligence, candidate assessment, and consultative recruitingAct as a subject matter expert for complex recruiting challenges, executive searches, difficult-to-fill positions, and sourcing strategyPromote consistency in recruiting processes, interview quality, candidate experience, and operational execution across the Talent Acquisition teamLead through influence by modeling best-in-class recruiting behaviorsOperational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementLead Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, quality of hire, and overall service deliveryIdentify opportunities to simplify recruiting workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve operational performanceDevelop standardized recruiting tools, interview guides, scorecards, and best practices across the Talent Acquisition functionPartner cross-functionally to improve hiring processes and stakeholder satisfactionSourcing Excellence & Talent StrategyDevelop innovative sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions across multiple business functionsBuild proactive talent communities and long-term candidate pipelinesSupport employer branding initiatives, networking events, industry conferences, university recruiting, and recruitment marketing strategiesContinuously evaluate new sourcing tools, technologies, and market trends to improve recruiting effectivenesReporting, Analytics & TechnologyDevelop and analyze Talent Acquisition metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive operational performance and business decisionsMonitor key performance indicators including:Time to FillQuality of HireCandidate ExperienceHiring Manager SatisfactionOffer Acceptance RateRecruiter ProductivitySourcing EffectivenessPresent recruiting insights and recommendations to leadershipLeverage recruiting technologies including Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and workforce analytics solutionsCompliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulationsMaintain adherence to EEO hiring policies throughout the recruitment processPromote consistent recruiting practices, documentation standards, and governance across the Talent Acquisition functionRequirements:Basic QualificationsBachelor's DegreeMinimum eight (8) years of progressive full life-cycle Talent Acquisition experienceORIn lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, twelve (12) years of progressive Talent Acquisition experiencePreferred QualificationsResidential construction industry experienceExperience serving as a senior recruiter, team lead, or Talent Acquisition leaderExecutive search and leadership recruiting experienceDemonstrated experience coaching or mentoring direct reportsExperience leading Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiativesExperience developing recruiting metrics and reportingExperience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems such as Paycom, ADP or UKGExperience with recruiting analytics, workforce planning, and AI-enabled recruiting technologiesSkillsStrong consultative skillsDemonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and influence recruiting teamsExpertise in sourcing strategy, talent mapping, and market intelligenceExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable business insightsProven experience leading continuous improvement initiativesExcellent project management and organizational skillsHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentialityStrong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr DRB HOMES
