Position Overview: Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, maintain medical records, and administer nursing care; may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Key Responsibilities: Perform patient intake, triage, and nursing assessments in an outpatient clinic setting. Develop and implement nursing care plans within the RN scope of practice. Administer nursing care and monitor patient response; escalate concerns appropriately. Maintain accurate, timely medical records in the EHR per clinic standards. Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and follow-up care. Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to ensure continuity of care and efficient clinic flow. Current BLS/CPR as required by the client facility (if applicable). Outpatient/clinic experience and EHR proficiency preferred.
