Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a PRN primary care physician to join our team working at Conviva Senior Primary Care clinics based in Pompano Beach , Florida.

As a physician with Conviva, you'll have the opportunity to take a hands-on approach to addressing patient needs inside the exam room, as well as look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. We have a unique care model that sets us apart for patients and providers. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach.
Qualifications needed:
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certified in geriatric medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine. (We recognize the American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS) certification)
- Experience in value-based care, adult primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic health conditions
- Current unrestricted DEA registration (or must obtain)
- Licensed in Florida to practice medicine (or must obtain)
